SW Section Meetings: to conduct the business of the SW Section. Held semi-annually in the Spring and Fall. Typically lasting 3 days, a Section meeting in also an opportunity to attend seminars, listen to guest speakers, go on local tours, network with 99s and renew friendships.

SW Section Winter Workshop: A one day workshop to explore ways of engaging membership participation to promote aviation. Attendees also learn more about the organization, section and chapters.

The Ninety-Nines Inc. International Annual Conference: Usually held every July at various locations around the country, continent, and world! In addition to business, the annual conference activities include lectures, seminars, local tours and more. Attendees can meet and get to know 99s from all over the world.
